He succeeds Dan Breault in managing the regional office as Breault transitions to lead RE/MAX New England in Boston. “I look forward to working with the brokers, agents and regional team members here in Indiana who have grown RE/MAX’s market share by nearly 25 percent over the last five years,” said Linger. “That’s a tribute to Dan’s leadership and to the many brokers and agents for what they’ve accomplished, especially during difficult economic times.” Linger has been with RE/MAX since 1998, covering the Minnesota and Wisconsin region for the RE/MAX North Central office. He will remain executive vice president, regional director of that territory, adding Indiana to his responsibilities. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Linger spent more than 20 years in real estate where he held various positions. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in business management from West Virginia Wesleyan. Breault, a graduate of Ball State University, returns to Connecticut where he was born. He joined RE/MAX of Indiana as regional director in 2007. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Breault worked for Johnson & Johnson. “The talented people behind RE/MAX of Indiana have gotten 2012 off to a great start, already 18 percent ahead of 2011. But, there is still much to be accomplished,” said Breault. “Given David’s many years with RE/MAX and his standing as a true industry leader, he is the perfect candidate to help make that happen in Indiana.” |
